課程特點

建造業議會(CIC)於2019年初發佈了建築信息模擬經理(CIC Certified BIM Manager)認證,其中一項認證資格是修畢認可的建築信息模擬經理課程。

本專業證書課程獲建造業議會認證,修畢課程並在考試合格之人士可以滿足建築信息模擬經理認證的學習資格。

本課程設計教學和實習雙軌並行,即首先以導論(Concept)和實例(Case Study)說明你所需的BIM管理知識 (BIM Requirement),輔以實務適用的模擬工作訓練(Workshops),例如你能夠明白相關軟件的功能如何讓你達到合適的交付標準(Delivery)。故此你得到的不單是為甚麼要這樣做(Why),更有如何做和做得滿足標準要求 (How)。

甚麼是 CIC Certified BIM Manager?

在2017年,香港特區政府頒令,政府自2018年起在所有預算達3,000萬港元以上的主要基本工程項目的設計和建造必須採用建築信息模擬技術,並鼓勵私人工程項目跟隨。自2020年起執行工程項的的BIM Team中需要是CIC Certified BIM Manager 及 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator的政策(見文件 第14頁)將令建築信息模擬人員及培訓的需求激增。
為確保建造業的專業人員擁有適當技巧及能力應用建築信息模擬技術,以及建築信息模擬課程的內容及質素符合市場的需求,建造業議會(CIC)推出了建築信息模擬認可及認證計劃,以評核建築信息模擬人員的能力及確保本地培訓課程的質量。

申請成為 CIC Certified BIM Manager 需要符合一連串的資格,其中包括完成一個CIC-Accredited BIM Manager Course,向建造業議會申請,通過會面評核,方為正式的CIC Certified BIM Manager 。詳情可參看此小冊子和到議會網站了解更多

入學要求

  • 課程適合及優先接受準 CIC Certified BIM Manager 申請者就讀。

    具備建造業相關文憑以上,2年或以上的建築建造業界工作經驗,期中6個月的工作經驗圍繞BIM項目,有Revit/Navisworks實務操作者會符合就讀的最低要求。如有需要,院校會請你提供上的的資歷憑證作入讀申請之用。

    Diploma or above in Building studies, a minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry and min 6 months working experience in BIM related projects. Technical knowledge such as Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage. Admission priority should be given to project managers or professionals, who possess a degree in architecture, engineering, surveying, building or construction or are working on construction projects.
