課程特點

建造業議會(CIC)於2020年初發佈了建築信息模擬協調員(CIC Certified BIM Coordinator)認證,其中一項認證資格是修畢認可的建築信息模擬協調員課程。

本專業證書課程獲建造業議會認證,修畢課程並在考試合格之人士可以滿足建築信息模擬協調員認證的學習資格。

本課程設計教學和實習雙軌並行,先以導論(Concept)和實例(Case Study)說明你所需的BIM協調需要 (BIM Requirement),輔以實務適用的模擬工作訓練(Workshops),例如你能夠明白相關軟件的功能如何讓你連繫工程團隊,令信息準確傳遞和處理(Delivery)。故此你得到的不單是為甚麼要這樣做(Why),更有如何做和做得滿足標準要求 (How)。課程亦會訓練BIM Coordinator 如何和團隊的BIM Manager緊密合作,將合規和可持續的BIM數據傳續。

甚麼是 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator?

在2017年,香港特區政府頒令,政府自2018年起在所有預算達3,000萬港元以上的主要基本工程項目的設計和建造必須採用建築信息模擬技術,並鼓勵私人工程項目跟隨。自2020年起執行工程項的的BIM Team中需要是CIC Certified BIM Manager 及 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator的政策(見文件 第14頁)將令建築信息模擬人員及培訓的需求激增。
2020年3月31日,議會正式推出建築信息模擬協調員認可及建築信息模擬協調員課程認證

建築信息模擬協調員認可的目標是:

  • 訂立標準及確保相關建造業專業人士及其他人員將具有使用建築信息模擬技術的適當技術水平及能力達至行業需要;
  • 確保建築信息模擬人員的技術水平及能力與行業需要、議會建築信息模擬標準及發展局對建築信息模擬人員的要求一致;及
  • 保持建築信息模擬人員的質素以配合行業需要。

申請成為 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator 需要符合一連串的資格,其中包括完成一個CIC-Accredited BIM Coordinator Course,向建造業議會申請,通過會面評核,方為正式的CIC Certified BIM Coordinator 。詳情可參看此小冊子和到議會網站了解更多

課程導師均為現役的CIC Certified BIM Manager/ Coordinator,擁有多年的工程、BIM管理及教學經驗。

課程正申請成為建造業創科基金(CITF) 的預先批核課程及再工業化科技培訓計劃(RTTP)的公開培訓課程。申請一旦生效我們會向報讀者提供最新資訊以申請有關資助。(請留意兩個計劃都以公司/機構為申請單位/資助對象)

入學要求

  • 課程適合及優先接受準 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator 申請者就讀。

    具備建造業相關文憑以上,2年或以上的建築建造業界工作經驗,期中6個月的工作經驗圍繞BIM項目,有Revit/Navisworks實務操作者會符合就讀的最低要求。如有需要,院校會請你提供上述的資歷憑證作入讀申請之用。

    Diploma or above in Building studies, a minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry and min 6 months working experience in BIM related projects. Technical knowledge such as Revit and Navisworks will be an advantage.Admission priority should be given to project coordinators or professionals, who possess a Higher Diploma or Associate degree in architecture, engineering, surveying, building or construction or are working on construction projects.

有關 CIC Certified BIM Coordinator 的 BIM 教育要求

根據申請文件,CIC Certified BIM Coordinator其中BIM Education評審準則(見申請文件 4(c),第3頁)為:
a.完成CIC-Accredited BIM Coordinator Course (本認可課程),及
b. 完成至少1個操作級別的BIM軟件/平台的培訓課程或由該軟件平台發出的專業技能認證。
有關b項的要求,天行凝方備有一系列的Revit/Civil 3D/BIM 360等培訓課程,獲CITF預先批核為技能級別2至3的課程。另我們亦備有Autodesk Certified User/ Certified Professional 考試服務以供選擇。(參見申請文件 7,第6頁)
